Our Values

Love . Compassion . Trust. Enthusiasm . Kindness

Mothers Help is run by like-minded parents. We understand that motherhood can be a challenging chapter of life and often the responsibilities and mental load that come with parenting can be overwhelming.

Mothers Help offers a calm and nurturing domestic service to support parents when they need it most. We believe that no mother (or parent) should feel isolated, overwhelmed or alone. We are here to offer a mother's helping hand!

What Mother's Helpers Do

  • Help to keep the home tidy and clear or clutter and mess

  • Interact and mind the client’s children (of all ages) for short periods of time to give the parent a short break / kid-free time.

  • Help by decluttering and organising storage areas.

  • Light household cleaning and chores. This might include mopping or vacuuming, clearing and cleaning surface areas, generally keeping the home clean, tidy and manageable.

  • Bed linen changes and laundry - hanging / sorting / putting away.

  • Meal and Lunchbox preparation

  • Support the parents by running errands, picking up groceries, where required.

You will not be required to do deep cleans of client's homes.

You will not be required to do any heavy lifting.

The services which we provide include basic cleaning & tidying up of surfaces, household chores, casual child-minding, home management, decluttering and organisation.

Here is what's awesome about being a Mother’s Helper:

  • Make a difference every day – we get ongoing feedback from our clients that we lighten the load and help to make their home life more manageable.

  • You will build genuine connections with the families you work with and get real job satisfaction

  • You will be part of a new revolution of the way mothers support one-another, as we reinvent the old adage ‘it takes a village’.

  • You will not have to compromise your own life, or time with your own family.

  • You are a part of a great team! Yes, you have autonomy in your role and with your clients but you are genuinely supported by your leader and other mother’s helpers.
